Terms and Conditions
While the dates, prices and times of courses are correct at the time of going to press, we reserve the right to alter these as necessary. We also reserve the right to modify class content, subject to seasonality and availability of produce.
Ingredients, utensils, knives, aprons, take-away recipe folder, drinks, refreshments and lunch.
Health and Safety
There will be a short briefing on health and safety before each class begins.
Please note we accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage to participants or their property.
Special dietary requirements and food allergies
We are unable to change the content of a course to meet special dietary requirements. However, if you wish to discuss this, please call us

The classes are not suitable for children. The minimum age for an unaccompanied young person is 15.
Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. To confirm your place, we require a 40 per cent non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Payment is preferably by bank transfer (details on request), or otherwise a cheque payable to Christine McFadden at Church Walk, Littlebredy, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 9HG. We do not take credit cards.
Full payment should reach us at least 7 days before the class.
Cancellation by us
If through unavoidable circumstances we have to cancel a class, fees will be refunded in full, or transferred to another class if you prefer.
Classes with insufficient enrolment will be cancelled 5 days in advance of the class date. Registered participants will be notified by phone and will receive a full refund.
If a class is cancelled because of inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as the decision is made. We will reconvene the class as soon as possible and the fee will be transferred.
If you cannot attend the reconvened class, we regret that the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, but the balance of the course fee may be transferred to an alternative class or refunded.
Cancellation by participant
We require 5 working day's notice (excluding the day of the class) of a cancelled booking. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, but the balance of the course fee may be transferred to an alternative class or refunded. The balance of the course fee will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 5 working days before the class.
If transferred, the alternative class must be booked within 6 months of the date of the cancellation.
